SALISBURY, UK–(Marketwire – December 8, 2009) – Patersons HR and Payroll Solutions, a leading global HR and payroll software and services business that can deliver expert solutions to clients in more than 160 countries, today announced that it ranked No. 265 on the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA 2009. Company Chief Executive and Founder, Karen Paterson, commented, “We’re gratified to have ranked so high on Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500. Our achievements are a direct result of our clients’ successes — by enabling them to manage their global HR and payroll functions more effectively, their resources are freed to focus on core business initiatives.”
“For the growth of the Fast 500 in 2009 to exceed that of 2008 despite the economic turbulence of the past year is nothing short of phenomenal. It shows both that companies are coming up with technological solutions that are meeting their customers’ needs, but also that they have the drive and determination to succeed despite the economic issues,” said David Halstead, partner in charge of Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500 EMEA program.
Patersons has grown from meeting the payroll demands of one client to delivering world-class HR and payroll software and services around the world, around the clock, to more than 160 countries in more than 30 languages, making it the only truly global HR and payroll company. The Company’s innovative SaaS-based solution simplifies the inherent complexities of global HR and payroll by offering multinational companies one contract and one reliable, centralized technology platform. To support its growing global client portfolio, Patersons uses a ‘follow the sun’ support model, offering full levels of support via service centres at any time of the day or night throughout the work week. Additionally, Patersons has sales offices in U.K., U.S., China, France, Hong Kong and Singapore.
“Attracting enough customers to attain such fast growth over five years makes a strong statement about the quality of a company’s product and its leadership,” added Halstead. “Patersons has shown the right stuff for growth.”
